Shipping & Delivery in Tokyo
All website orders placed before 12 pm will be delivered to your doorstep on the same day.
All orders placed after 12 pm will be delivered the next day.
Free home delivery is available for Tokyo if the total order amount is above 7000 yen and the total cart weight is under 20kg.
If the total weight of the purchased item exceeds 20 kg, the shipping fee may be added by 1200 yen.
Delivery of the frozen products is also available for the Tokyo area.
Shipping & Delivery outside Tokyo
Free home delivery is available for all prefectures if the total order amount is above 10,000 yen and the total cart weight is under 20 kg.
If the order amount is less than 10,000 yen then a 1,420 Yen shipping charge will be added.
If the total weight of the purchased item exceeds 20 kg, the shipping fee may be added by 1200 yen.
A shipping charge of 1,320 Yen will be levied for Okinawa and Hokkaido.
Delivery of the frozen products is NOT available for the outside Tokyo areas.
Payment Methods
Presently only Cash on Delivery payment methods is available.
Payment in Cash is collected by a delivery man at the time of delivery, if you fail to pay the amount in full, the parcel can not be delivered (Once the parcel has been dispatched, the payment option can not be changed, even if you call us and want us to speak to the delivery boy)
Refund Policies
Subject to any withdrawal right you may have under applicable law, charges are non-refundable unless the price plan terms expressly say otherwise. Except as otherwise required by law, the costs of any returns if permitted will be at your expense.
Order Cancellation Policies
Cancellation of any order placed should be canceled by phone only before 12 pm on the same working day or the next working day if your order placed on a holiday. Once an order is dispatched, it is the responsibility of the customer to receive the package with the full payment. If an order is canceled after the above-mentioned timeframe and the package has been dispatched from the warehouse, the cost of shipment and handling has to be borne by the customer.
